Payment Options

1. Online (For Overseas and Indian Delegates): Please follow the steps given in the Registration page http://www.pcst-2010.org/registration.aspx on Conference Website to pay different fees using your Debit/ Credit Card. When you will start with entering your registration details, etc., you’ll find step-by-step guidance to proceed further to make final payment online.

Important: In case, the name of delegate does not match with the name of Debit/ Credit Card holder, system will not process the payment instantly and require physical verification that may delay the final payment and registration. Generally, it happens when your employer/ colleague/ spouse/ friend pays online on your behalf by using their Debit/ Credit card. It is therefore important to use your own Debit/ Credit Card only for choosing online payment option to avoid inconvenience and delay.

General Instructions

1. All delegates/ paper presenters/ poster presenters/ exhibitors attending PCST-2010 Conference (Pre/ Main/ Post) are required to register for the conference. In case of multiple authors, all participating authors have to be registered separately.

2. New Registration With Payment: If you are a fresh registrant, please go to Registration page (http://www.pcst-2010.org/registration.aspx) on Conference Website and follow various steps for Registration and making online payment for different fees by using your own Debit/ Credit Card or other modes of payments.

3. Already Registered Without Payment: In case you have already entered your registration details and have got an ID Number but have not yet paid your registration fee, you can follow the step 1 above as a fresh. Your new ID Number accompanied with payment only will remain and old ID Number will be automatically cancelled.

4. Registration Confirmation: Registration ID does not confirm or guarantee your registration until final payment of Registration Fee is realized in our accounts. The registration process completes only when you receive a unique password in addition to ID to access your account.

5. Already Registered With Payment: In case you have paid only Registration Fee or any other fee earlier and now want to pay further for Accommodation/ Accompanying Person/ Golden Triangle Tour/ Exhibition Space, please submit your request for the purpose by the registration deadline in the form available in the link below. An Invoice for the same will be e-mailed to you for making online payment against your existing ID.
